TEAM OBSOLETE'S MARCH DAYTONA LINEUP

Team Obsolete is pleased to announce it's Y2K Daytona Vintage Lineup, by special arrangement with Daytona International Speedway. Team regulars David Roper, Yvon Duhamel, Don Vesco, and Erik Green welcome new recruit Cal Rayborn III. Cal will be riding the same 1972 XR750 TT Harley Davidson raced by his father, now tuned by Moroney's Harley Davidson, (FASTHOG.com).

Jim Redman, M.B.E., Six time FIM World Champion, winner of 46 Grands Prix, will come out of retirement (again) to race an ex-Agostini MV Agusta 350/3 in the 350 GP class. In 1995 Redman came out of retirement after 29 years to win Daytona on the same bike. Can he do it again? Jim will have copies of his new autobiography, and will be available for autographs and photo opportunities with the MV and the legendary Honda Six.

We welcome a new sponsor, Vintage Rebuilds and Restorations, who will display their fabulous line of rebuilt and improved Norton Commandos (See Cycle World Magazine, September 1999.)

Long time sponsor Vanson Leathers will be performing repairs to racing leathers in the Team Obsolete pits on March 6th and 7th, and will display their latest designs.
