RELEASE*** March 02, '98 An Evening with the Classic Racing Stars. Friday evening the 24th of July 1998 at the Forte Posthouse Hotel, Grimsby NE. Lincs. We have arranged a night to remember for enthusiasts of Classic Racing. Main Speaker will be six times World Champion JIM REDMAN MBE who will talk candidly about his experience's of being the Honda factory team leader in the 60's. We will have on display the incredible ex factory 250cc six cylinder Honda. Along to back Jim in his talk will be another former Honda works rider Irishman TOMMY ROBB. In addition, ROB IANNUCCI of TEAM OBSOLETE, will be on hand to talk about Team Obsolete, the classic racing team that he has created and the Vanson Leathers / Team Obsolete Trans Atlantic Match RacesTM which are also that weekend at Cadwell Park on Saturday and Sunday the 25th and 26th of July. Along with team captains, Dave Roper (USA) and Dave Pither (GB) most of the other team members will be attending. To complete the display of exotic machinery we will have an ex-Agostini three cylinder MV Agusta's, numerous Seeley and Matchless G50's and Manx Nortons. This is likely to be an exclusive one off only event. Food during the interval will be provided in the form of a buffet.
